How to Cancel Prime Video Channels
The shortest way to cancel a Prime Video Channel subscription is to open “Your Memberships and Subscriptions” on amazon.com, select “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel Subscription” under “Advanced Controls”, then confirm. Channel access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Cancel via Amazon
- Go to “Your Memberships and Subscriptions” on amazon.com.
- Locate the channel subscription.
- Select “Manage Subscription”.
- Select “Cancel Subscription” under “Advanced Controls”.
Alternate path: Account & Settings, then Channels, find the subscription, choose “Cancel Channel”, and confirm.
If the channel subscription is billed through Apple
Cancel via Apple’s subscription settings, and do so at least 24 hours before renewal, or you may still be charged.
What happens after you cancel
The subscription end date displays on the confirmation screen, and you can reverse the cancellation any time until that date. After the end date there is no charge and no access to channel content. No refund of prior subscription charges. (Titles you purchased or rented remain available; channel downloads stop working.)
Troubleshooting
I do not see the channel I want to cancel
Confirm you are signed in to the Amazon account that holds the channel subscription. Channels are listed under Your Memberships and Subscriptions, or Account & Settings → Channels.
I cancelled but was still charged
If you cancel after your billing date, you may see one final charge for the period already paid. You keep access until that period ends.
