How to Cancel NFL+
The shortest way to cancel NFL+ is to sign in at NFL.com, open Account → NFL Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel, then confirm. You keep access through the end of your current billing period, and recurring charges stop immediately.
Cancel via Direct on the provider website
- Go to NFL.com and sign in (or open the Account page if already signed in).
- Click the arrow next to “NFL Subscriptions” to manage the subscription.
- In the “Manage Subscriptions” section, click the arrow next to “Manage”.
- Click the “Cancel” button.
- A message appears: “We’re sorry to see you go.” Choose a reason for cancellation and click “Cancel”.
- The confirmation page reads “Miss you already.” Click “Back to My Account” to return.
If you bought through an app store
If you bought NFL+ through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon), cancel through that store’s subscription management, NFL cannot cancel it for you. Note: direct NFL+ billing may appear on statements as “NFL CLEENG” (their billing processor).
What happens after you cancel
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Recurring charges stop and the subscription does not renew. NFL has a separate refund policy, do not expect a refund.
Troubleshooting
I subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon
NFL cannot cancel those for you. Cancel through that store’s subscription management settings.
I see “NFL CLEENG” on my statement
That is NFL’s billing processor for direct NFL.com billing. It is not a fraudulent charge.
