How to Cancel Peacock
The shortest way to cancel Peacock is to log in to your account and select “Cancel All Subscriptions”, then follow the prompts. You keep access through the end of your current subscription term.
Cancel via Direct on the provider website
- Log in to your Peacock account.
- Select “Cancel All Subscriptions”, this cancels your base plan (Select, Premium, or Premium Plus) AND all add-ons (for example, Regional Sports Network, Starz).
- Follow the prompts. On confirmation you will see an on-screen message and receive a confirmation email (it may take a few hours).
Removing only an add-on (keeping your base plan)
To remove only an add-on, go to the Subscriptions tab, select the add-on, choose “Remove Add-On”, and follow the prompts.
If you do not see a “Cancel All Subscriptions” option
Your subscription is billed through a third party, cancel through that provider. If you cannot log in to cancel, Peacock offers cancellation via chat.
What happens after you cancel
Your plan will not renew at the end of its current subscription term. You keep access until then; afterward only free Peacock content is available. No refunds or credits for prior payments unless required by law.
Troubleshooting
There is no “Cancel All Subscriptions” option
Your subscription is billed through a third party. Cancel through that provider, or use Peacock’s chat cancellation if you cannot log in.
I only want to drop an add-on, not my whole plan
Go to the Subscriptions tab, select the add-on, choose “Remove Add-On”, and follow the prompts.
