How to Cancel NFL Sunday Ticket
NFL Sunday Ticket is a season pass, not a regular monthly subscription. The standalone YouTube pass costs $480 per season, paid as 8 non-cancelable monthly installments of $60, or as a YouTube TV add-on for $378 per season (8 payments of $47.25). Once a season starts, you cannot cancel the remaining installments; you can only turn off auto-renewal for the following season.
NFL Sunday Ticket is a season commitment, not a month-to-month subscription. Season Pass installments cannot be canceled mid-season. Turning off auto-renewal stops charges for the following season only; your current-season installments continue until paid in full. Month-to-Month plans, where available, keep access until the next billing date and do not auto-renew.

Cancel via Standalone YouTube pass (Primetime Channel)
- Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships and sign in with the Google account used to buy NFL Sunday Ticket.
- Under "Memberships", next to NFL Sunday Ticket, click Manage membership.
- Next to your next billing date, click Cancel, then follow the prompts.
- You receive an email confirmation once the renewal is canceled.
For a Season Pass, this turns off auto-renewal for next season. Your current-season installments continue and cannot be canceled mid-season. For a Month-to-Month plan, this stops the next monthly charge and you keep access until your next billing date.
Cancel via YouTube TV add-on
- Open the YouTube TV app or go to tv.youtube.com.
- Select your profile photo, then Settings, then Membership.
- Next to the NFL Sunday Ticket add-on, click Manage, then turn off auto-renewal (or Cancel).
- Confirm. You receive an email confirmation.
An active YouTube TV plan is required to keep NFL Sunday Ticket. Canceling the add-on only turns off auto-renewal for next season; current-season installments continue. If you cancel your YouTube TV base plan, you lose access to NFL Sunday Ticket immediately, even if you already paid for the season.
Season Pass installments cannot be canceled mid-season
Choosing monthly installments breaks up the season cost, but it is a full-season financial commitment. You cannot cancel mid-season to stop your monthly payments. Once your Season Pass renews, the renewal payment is non-refundable.
Pay off your balance early
Go to youtube.com/paid_memberships, click Manage membership next to NFL Sunday Ticket, and click Pay balance to pay your remaining installments early.
Not sold through app stores
NFL Sunday Ticket is purchased only from YouTube (as a Primetime Channel) or as a YouTube TV add-on. It is not available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon, so there are no app-store cancellation steps.
Canceling YouTube TV removes Sunday Ticket
An active YouTube TV plan is required for the add-on. If you cancel your YouTube TV base plan, you lose access to NFL Sunday Ticket, even if installments were already paid. Cancel only the Sunday Ticket add-on if you want to keep YouTube TV.
What happens after you cancel
For a Season Pass, turning off auto-renewal stops the charge for next season only. Your current-season installments continue until paid in full, and the renewal payment is non-refundable once processed. For a Month-to-Month plan, you keep access until your next billing date and it does not auto-renew for future seasons. YouTube does not offer refunds for the current season once the Season Pass renews.

Can I cancel my current-season installments?

What happens to Sunday Ticket if I cancel YouTube TV?
You lose access to NFL Sunday Ticket immediately, because an active YouTube TV plan is required. Cancel only the Sunday Ticket add-on if you want to keep YouTube TV.
I was charged for a season I did not want
The Season Pass auto-renews before each season. Turn off auto-renewal at youtube.com/paid_memberships before the renewal date to avoid the charge. Once the renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
How to resubscribe
To resubscribe for next season, go to youtube.com/paid_memberships or open YouTube TV and buy NFL Sunday Ticket before the season starts. You are charged at the current season price. You cannot change your plan type (standalone versus YouTube TV add-on) mid-season; cancel auto-renewal first, then buy the bundle you want for next season.
